Going Contactless at Sutherland Automotive
We are still conducting face-to-face vehicle drop-offs and collections while observing the appropriate social distancing rules; however, for added peace of mind, we’d also like to remind you of our contactless option.
If you have an upcoming booking, please reach out to us to advise if you would prefer to go contactless.
Here’s how it works:
1. Park your vehicle in the spaces provided.
2. Pop your keys in the drop box located at the front of reception.
That’s it! It really is that simple.
A member of staff will then call you to confirm the requested service or repairs.
When your vehicle is ready for pick up, the reverse applies. Rest assured that your keys are secure at all times.
Sanitation Procedures at Sutherland Automotive
Cleanliness has always been a high priority for our team.
We pride ourselves on presentation and, due to COVID-19, wish to remind our clients of our thorough sanitation procedures.
We clean our common facilities like bathrooms, office, waiting rooms, and workshop twice daily.
Before we begin, we sanitize our hands and put on gloves and a mask. Once we complete the deep clean, we administer an anti-viral spray throughout the premises.
Masks and gloves are not reused to avoid cross-contamination.
We understand the apprehension about the possibility of contracting COVID-19 from shared surfaces.
The team at Sutherland Automotive has always followed strict sanitation procedures. We take pride in going the extra mile for our clients and sending them home with a spotless vehicle.
To ensure safety, we’ve enhanced our procedures.
Our team thoroughly sanitizes our hands before beginning work on each vehicle and wears gloves throughout their work. To ensure their safety, they administer an anti-viral solution and clean off touchpoints with anti-bacterial wipes before entering.
The same is done at the end of their work to ensure the safety of our clients.
Please be assured that the same sanitation procedures are followed for all of our loan vehicles as well.
